For founders who are tired of sounding like everyone else

Your voice, on the record. Not a chatbot’s guess at it.

Upload the writing you already own — past posts, newsletters, transcripts, notes. Founder Voice Vault builds an editable profile of how you actually write, then drafts LinkedIn posts grounded in your own material, with every claim traced back to where it came from.

Assisted writing and approval. Not an impersonation tool — you confirm you own or are authorized to use every identity and every document you add.

How it works

01

Confirm and collect

Name the voice, confirm you are authorized to use it, then add the material you already own. Files stay private to your organization.

02

Review the profile

The system proposes a writing-style profile with evidence for each trait. Reject what is wrong, add your own rules, ban the phrases you hate, then approve it.

03

Draft and approve

Write a brief. Get a draft grounded in your sources, with unsupported claims flagged. Revise, approve, copy, and post it yourself.

What it will not do

The restraint is the product.

  • It will not invent your stories.

No fabricated client results, revenue figures, quotes, or credentials. If your brief asks for something no source supports, you get a visible placeholder and a warning — not a plausible lie.

  • It will not publish for you.

There is no autonomous posting, LinkedIn publishing integration, or scheduler. Approval is where the product stops and you take over.

  • It will not write for someone you cannot vouch for.

Generation is blocked until an authorization record names the identity and your relationship to it.

  • It will not quietly change your voice.

There is no hidden fine-tune. Feedback never edits an approved profile; repeated patterns are surfaced as suggestions you approve.

What do I take away from Founder Voice Vault?
An approved, LinkedIn-shaped text draft that you copy or export. Founder Voice Vault does not post, schedule, or queue content.
What should I add to a vault?
Writing you already own or are authorized to use: past posts, newsletters, transcripts, notes, and company material. The product does not crawl URLs, and your files stay private to your organization.
Who can it write as?
Only an identity named in an active authorization record. Generation stays blocked until you confirm who the person is and your authority to use their voice.
Is my vault used for other customers or public-model training?
No. Vaults are isolated by organization and are never used to write for another customer. Configured AI providers receive only the material needed to fulfill your request, not a right to train a public model on your vault.
Which service providers may handle my data?
Vercel hosts the application, Supabase provides authentication and private data storage, and configured AI providers process only the content needed for generation, embeddings, OCR, or transcription. Resend handles invitation email, Stripe handles billing, and Sentry may receive scrubbed error diagnostics without request bodies or vault content.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. You can export your organization records and delete individual sources, whole vaults, or the organization. A source quotation already recorded in an earlier draft remains in that draft's provenance history unless the draft or vault is also deleted.
How do plans work?
New organizations begin on the Demo plan. Creator and Agency subscriptions are managed through Stripe-hosted Checkout and Customer Portal; current allowances are shown inside the app.
